Company Director: Paul Corrigan F.I.S. FCIArb

Having qualified as a Geo-surveyor in Bolton Street DIT in 1981 Paul worked as a surveyor mainly with Consulting Engineers such as J.B. Barry and Ove Arup. In 1990 he graduated from the Marketing Institute of Ireland. In 1993 he was elected Fellow of the Irish Institution of Surveyors. Paul is a past president of the Irish Institute of Surveyors. Having completed a post graduate degree in arbitration in UCD in 2005, Paul was elected a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in 2009.

Paul is the Irish delegate to the pan European institution of surveyors CLGE (Committee Liaison de Geometres European) and to FIG (Federation International de Geometres). Paul is currently a member of the inter-professional task force on property boundaries in Ireland and has co-authored two publications for the Irish Institution of Surveyors 'Best Practice Guidelines for Precise Surveying in Ireland' and a 'green paper on the Reform of Boundary surveys in Ireland. Paul is also a member of the Property Registration Authority user group advisory body.

Office Manager: Liz Corrigan BSc.(Mgmt)

Liz holds a Business Management honours degree from Trinity College, Dublin (graduated 1998) and a H.Dip in H&C Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. She has held senior management positions for more than 12 years before joining PCA in 2001. She is the Office Manager and coordinator with responsibilities for Health & Safety Training.

Project Managers/Surveyor:

Patrick Moran Dip Geo-Surveying - more than 10 years experience surveying

Mr Moran graduated from Bolton Street in 1994 and has worked with PCA since 1995. During this time he has accrued a wealth of survey experience and has been responsible for the development of methodology and procedures within the company. He has coordinated and managed most of the larger survey projects undertaken by the company. Mr. Moran is a Professional Member of the Irish Institute of Surveyors.

Angela Kelleghan Dip. Mineral Engineering - more than 10 years experience surveying

Miss Kelleghan graduated from Athlone IT with a Diploma in Mineral Engineering in 1993 and has worked with PCA since 1998. During this time she has managed and coordinated many of the larger survey projects undertaken by the company.

Surveyors:

Anna Hermanova BSc. Geodesy - more than 10 years experience surveying

Ms. Hermanova graduated from the Czech Technical University in Ostrava in 2001 with a Masters in Geodesy and Cartography. She has three years experience working as a surveyor in Prague. Anna joined PCA in 2004. She has been responsible for many of the large building surveys undertaken by PCA.

Edyta Madej MSc. Geodesy - more than 5 years experience surveying

Miss Madej graduated from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, in 2003 with Engineer degree in Geodesy and Cartography and in 2004 completed a Master degree in Geodesy and Real Property Management. She has worked as a surveyor in Poland. She has worked at PCA since 2006. While Edyta has been involved in Topographic and Transportation Surveys her specialisation has been in Building Surveying.

Jonathan Gillan BSc. Geomatics - more than 6 years experience surveying

Mr. Gillan graduated from Bolton Street in 2003 with a 2.1 degree (Hons.) in Geomatics. He joined PCA in 2000 as a student and then full time upon qualification. His college dissertation focused on the accuracy of Real Time DGPS moving at speed with multiple cycle-slips.

He has been responsible for many of the large building surveys undertaken by PCA. Jonathan is a Professional Member of the Irish Institute of Surveyors.

Helene Lorion Ing. Geometre (Masters) - more than 5 years experience surveying

Ms. Lorion is a master graduate from ESGT in Le Mans, France. She has worked at PCA since 2004. She recently completed her master thesis on comparison of the French and Irish property registration systems. Her specialisation is Legal Survey and Measured Building Survey.

Marek Ziolkowski BSc. Geodesy - more than 5 years experience surveying

Mr Ziolkowski graduated with an honours degree in Geodesy and Property Valuation from UWM in Olsztyn, Poland. He subsequently completed a MSc. in Land Management. Before joining PCA in 2005 he worked as a surveyor in Poland.

Katarzyna Januszkiewicz BSc. Geodesy - more than 5 years experience surveying

Ms. Januszkiewicz graduated from UWM in Olsztyn, Poland with an honours degree in Geodesy and Property valuation. She joined PCA in 2006.

Vytautas Jasinauskas less than 5 years experience surveying

Vytautas joined PCA in 2004 as an assistant surveyor. Over the last few years he has completed various training courses. He has also built up a wealth of experience and is now a valued member of staff.

Paul Griffin BSc. Geomatics - less than 5 years experience surveying

Mr. Griffin graduated from DIT, Bolton Street with an honours degree before joining PCA in 2006. Paul is a member of the Irish Institution of Surveyors.

Mark Gilheany BSc. Geomatics - less than 5 years experience surveying

Mr. Gilheany graduated from DIT Bolton Street with an honours degree in Geomatics and joined PCA in 2008. His college dissertation investigated the viability of a distance based road tolling system for Ireland using GPS and GIS. Mark is a member of the Irish Institution of Surveyors.
